SmarterNotes is a productivity application that allows users to record audio, generate transcripts, and create AI-powered summaries. The App is intended for personal or professional note-taking only. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to record audio in your location.

• Have legal permission to use audio recording features.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Record audio without consent where required by law.
• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not own.
• Misuse AI-generated summaries, including representing them as verified factual documents.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App.

You agree that you are solely responsible for any audio you record, upload, or store.
